When Manifesting Goes Wrong: The Empath’s Journey

January 1, 2025 | Inspiration, Uncategorized

As an empath with intuitive abilities, manifesting can feel like a magical yet deeply introspective process. You channel your energy, intentions, and heart into bringing your desires to life. But what happens when the manifestation you’ve worked so hard for goes wrong? When the situation you invited into your life turns sour, it’s easy to blame yourself: Did I misread the energy? Did I attract this negativity?

The truth is, it’s not because you got it wrong. As an empath, your challenge isn’t a lack of clarity; it’s the way you process human behavior, especially the red flags that others might notice more easily.

The Empath’s Blind Spot: Red Flags

Empaths are naturally attuned to the feelings and needs of others. You see the light in people, the potential, and the good they may not even see in themselves. However, this same gift can make it difficult to recognize or fully accept harmful intentions.

When someone presents behaviors that signal deceit, manipulation, or cruelty, your instinct might not be to label them as toxic. Instead, you question:

  • Why are they acting this way?
  • What pain are they hiding?
  • How can I help them heal?

This compassion isn’t a flaw—it’s your superpower. But it can also create a blind spot. Instead of interpreting red flags as warnings, you may see them as opportunities for growth or connection, leaving you vulnerable to those who may take advantage of your kind nature.

Manifestation and Misalignment

When you manifest, you’re aligning yourself with the energy of your desires. But energy isn’t static—it shifts based on the people, environments, and situations involved. If your manifestation brings someone into your life who doesn’t align with your values, it’s not because your intention was flawed. It’s often because their energy masked itself as something it wasn’t.

This misalignment can feel devastating. You might think, How did I miss this? But the reality is that as an empath, your heart is wired to trust and connect, not to anticipate harm or cruelty.

The Blessing of Not Understanding Cruelty

Here’s the perspective shift: Your inability to fathom deliberate harm or cruelty isn’t a burden. It’s a blessing. It means you are so rooted in kindness, compassion, and authenticity that the idea of intentionally hurting someone feels foreign. This is a reflection of your light, not your naivety.

The world needs people like you—people who don’t instinctively expect the worst, who look for the good in every soul. Your pure-hearted nature is a gift that inspires healing, hope, and transformation.

Turning “Wrong” Into Right

When a manifestation doesn’t turn out the way you expected, take it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Instead of berating yourself, ask:

  • What lessons is this teaching me about boundaries?
  • How can I protect my energy while staying true to my compassionate nature?
  • What do I now know about the kind of energy I want to attract moving forward?

Remember, even when things go wrong, your intuition wasn’t wrong. It’s part of your journey to refine your ability to discern the energy that aligns with your highest good.

Embrace Your Empathic Power

Being an empath with intuitive abilities means living with a heart wide open. It’s not an easy path, but it’s a powerful one. The moments of misalignment aren’t signs of failure—they’re stepping stones on your path to deeper self-awareness and spiritual growth.

So, when you question why a manifestation didn’t go as planned, remind yourself: You’re not broken, and you didn’t “get it wrong.” You’re learning to navigate the world with a gift most people can’t comprehend—a gift rooted in love, understanding, and unwavering faith in the good.

And that, dear empath, is your magic.

Revitalize Your Health: The Miraculous Power of the Kidney Meridian Explained

January 8, 2024 | Meridians & Chakras

Embarking on the journey to optimal health, we often overlook the ancient secrets hidden within Eastern medicine, one of which is the enigmatic Kidney Meridian. This energy pathway is not just about kidney health; it’s a conduit for rejuvenating your entire being. This ancient concept transcends mere organ health, opening doors to holistic rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit.

Understanding the Kidney Meridian in Traditional Eastern Medicine:

Traditional Eastern medicine presents the body as a complex network of energy paths, with the Kidney Meridian being a cornerstone, vital to our vitality and longevity. This meridian stores our life force, also known as “Qi” or “Chi. It influences fluid balance, and extends its reach to our willpower and essence

Understanding the Kidney Meridian involves more than just acknowledging its existence. It’s about recognizing the intricate connections it has with various organs and systems in our body. From influencing our reproductive health to impacting our bone health and hearing, the Kidney Meridian is a central player in maintaining our body’s harmony and balance.

The Kidney Meridian’s influence is not limited to physical health; it also has profound emotional and spiritual implications. In Eastern philosophy, emotional imbalances are often linked to disturbances in the meridian system.

The Emotional and Spiritual Aspects of the Kidney Meridian:

The emotional landscape of the Kidney Meridian is rich and deep. It’s often said that this meridian carries the emotion of fear, but it’s more accurately a guardian against it. When in balance, the Kidney Meridian nurtures a sense of safety and security, allowing us to face life’s uncertainties with a grounded and steady heart. It’s like a steadfast friend, whispering courage into our souls during times of vulnerability.

On the flip side, when this meridian is out of balance, it can leave us feeling unnerved, as if the ground beneath our feet is unsteady. Fear can ripple through our lives, manifesting as anxiety, indecision, and a sense of being overwhelmed. Nurturing this meridian, therefore, becomes a journey of conquering inner fears and embracing life’s challenges with newfound bravery and poise.

Spiritually, the Kidney Meridian is considered the seat of will and wisdom. It is where our deepest instincts and life purpose reside. By nurturing this meridian, we not only improve our physical health but also gain access to deeper layers of intuition and understanding about our life’s path.

The Connection Between the Kidney Meridian and the Body:

The Kidney Meridian’s influence on the body is profound and extensive. This energy pathway directly connects to not only the kidneys but also to other vital organs and systems. The adrenal glands, often referred to as the ‘adrenal meridian’ in Eastern medicine, are closely linked with the Kidney Meridian. These glands, sitting atop the kidneys, are responsible for our response to stress and are integral to our overall vitality. Additionally, the Kidney Meridian impacts the reproductive system, playing a crucial role in fertility and sexual health. It’s also connected to the bones and ears, influencing bone health and hearing. This meridian’s state is a reflection of the health of these interconnected systems, highlighting the holistic nature of Eastern medicinal philosophy.

During my ELV sessions I often find blocks in the following Kidney Meridian Energy Points, KD1 through KD27. This exploration into the Kidney Meridian offers a new perspective on health and well-being, bridging the physical with the emotional and spiritual. By understanding and nurturing this vital energy pathway, we open doors to a more balanced, harmonious, and vibrant life.

Being An Empath Is A Blessing

October 8, 2023 | Inspiration

If being an empath seems like a prison…

I spent the majority of my life resisting and not understanding myself. I had no idea why one minute I felt a huge surge of energy and 5 minutes later, I could feel completely depleted and depressed.

What I didn’t realize was, there was a really simple answer for why I had been dealing with this my entire life, I just hadn’t been exposed to the terminology and definition of “empath.”

I found the ideology of “empaths” after my daughter passed away and I was fighting severe depression. No one around me knew, I happen to be one of those high functioning anxiety and depression plagued people. This moment in my life was the point I started on my path to healing.

When you don’t understand that you are absorbing the energy around you, you become a complete victim to the frequency of the room and the people around you. You feel helpless and overwhelmed, one minute your feeling on cloud nine and the next you want to cry in a closet.

I see so many others struggling with this same issue, yet, the beautiful thing is, you are the one who is capable of shifting the energy of  entire rooms of people.

Being an empath, your aura field can connect to the aura fields of others and affect, in a positive way, those around you when you become aware that you can.

How? Simply with intention. If you go into a room or a situation, keep the intention of how you want to feel, emulate that feeling even if it’s difficult, breaking thought energy can take a moment. Smiling is an easy way to see this happen, when you smile at others, your energy vibration also changes. People will either shift their energy to align with yours or exit the room.

This takes some practice, you have spent your entire life being at the mercy of the energy of those around you.

When you master your ability, you will master situations and what once was a burden becomes one of your greatest blessings and attributes.

Blessed Be,

Amy

My Faith Crisis

September 9, 2023 | Inspiration

My Faith Crisis

I would have thought the death of my daughter would have brought me closer to the connection of my organized religion, instead, it took me on a journey away from everyone, that resulted in full fulfillment.

On that journey, I learned that the chapel I had grown up in, the doctrine I had been taught, the fear that if I did not follow, were all chains keeping me from a true spiritual progression.

Stepping out and looking back in, I realized everything I was being taught was absolutely hypocritical. Don’t judge, yet everyone else that isn’t here in this church is wrong, people doing “acts” of kindness were only doing it because they were assigned to. It taught people to hide their actions and lie in order to “look” the part.

I thought that I needed organized religion to “feel the spirit.” You know why you can feel something so strong in a chapel? It’s simply because you are picking up the energy from everyone else, coming together with an intent to “feel.”  It has nothing to do with the “spirit” being there.

The divine is ALWAYS there and when you clear those chains of being told how to be spiritual and listen to your inner guidance you become open to a spiritual experience that is nothing you can get by following a set doctrine.

Your journey and purpose here is to find yourself authentically, to love who you are so you can then reciprocate that love to others.

It’s not about marking boxes and aligning with those negative core beliefs that everyone has to be on the same path.

I had people judge, “oh she left because she wanted to sin.” This just shows how stuck in the mental concrete people are.

I left so I could actually understand my energy, my personal and unique connection I have with the Divine, as well as my ancestors, learning how to heal and balance myself. To find my gifts, to truly bring hope and joy back to those in the darkness.

Spirituality isn’t about being stressed out of your mind to get your kids ready to go to church, it isn’t about shunning your partner because they have habits that don’t align with the teachings, it isn’t about needing to read so many pages of doctrine a week, or paying an amount of your income so you don’t guilt yourself. Real spirituality does not align itself with material things, flashy buildings or a “dress” code. Shaming is a manipulation tactic… the Divine does not need negative vibrational energy to gain followers.

The divine wants you to feel and surround yourself with LOVE, the highest vibrational frequency of all. There is so much to learn and so much progress to be made if you can get outside of the confines of the box and change your perspective back to being focused on you and your path.

Blessed Be,

Amy

Imagination Is The Key

February 5, 2023 | Inspiration

Three Years Ago…

I was so lost I wanted to die. I resisted being placed on medication but finally gave in because I felt like I was becoming a psychopath in a horror film.

It was a blessing; the anti-depressant, anxiety concoction slowed my mind down enough that I could get in control of my thoughts.

Just after starting my meds, I ran across energy work by accident and thought it was “hocus pocus” nonsense.

Well, you can’t ignore when you’re being sent intuitive messages or you can anger your ancestors… which I also would have thought was utterly irrational until they started talking to me. Then my daughter chimed in…

When someone tells me that it isn’t fair, or they don’t have the gift or whatever made-up excuse they have for why they don’t believe their body is an energy source they can control, I feel empathy for them.

Don’t believe me? It’s not your fault you see; you once had this connection and society beat it out of you. You were taught that using your imagination was childish and you needed to grow up. Toxic phrase by toxic phrase you became a lost, perhaps even miserable adult.

Your imagination is the key to your intuitive lock. If you allow yourself to believe this, you can open yourself up to bliss and happiness.

For those that are stuck in negative core beliefs around religious conflicts and energy work, let me remind you Christ was the master choreographer of the soul’s energy.

Of course, you can still continue to choose to live in a cognitive state focused on your limited physical body and all the depression and restrictions that come with it…

That is the beauty of this life, we are all in a different space in our journey and your reality is always yours to create.

My Faith Crisis Was A Blessing

January 16, 2023 | Inspiration

What better of a day than the sabbath to write a blog post about the word “witch.” If this makes you cringe, let’s move past your image of Salem in 1692.

Once, I hid in fear, fear that I would be judged. See, I live in a state with a very religious culture. I grew up in this culture and was a member of the organization.

I had a “faith” crisis after my daughter passed away from a heart defect in 2017. What I thought would bring me closer to my faith, sent me into a spiraling fall down the rabbit hole. I was filled with fear, questioning everything I had ever been taught about spirituality, god, my life before and after death. This is a very unsettling place to be.

I came across “energy” work by accident, but it really was divine intervention. At my first encounter, between my statistically driven mind and my anxiety, I felt completely overwhelmed. Plus, I was dealing with a past core belief of “there is only one true religion,” so I initially ran.

A few weeks later, a recommended book popped up on my social media newsfeed. I loved the title and bought it with no expectations. It changed my life. I could not fill my cup quick enough with the world of energy work, it was like my inner child sprang to life.

Yesterday, I came across a thumb drive containing videos with the social media platform I originally started out with after my daughter passed away and I was trying to figure out how to share my story as a means to smother my grief.

I stared at myself, my fake smile, I was also at my heaviest weight, the depression of delivering a baby and having her pass 26 days later was laced in my aura field. I see myself today, I have an unmistakable “glow” and my smile is completely sincere, I have bloomed.

Call it witchcraft, call it healing, call it whatever you like. I am an energy manipulator, I have learned how to talk to my subconscious mind. I have found joy away from organized religion. This is what works for me. Do I believe in a God, a higher power deity, absolutely.

Spiritually is a very personal realm, don’t try to “fit” yourself into a religious box because you are fearful of an eternal punishment. Believe and live what resonates with your intuitive self because otherwise you can never love who you are and I personally believe that is the ultimate spiritual challenge for us all.

~ Blessed Be ~

When I Feel Stuck And Irritated!

November 25, 2021 | Inspiration

I wake up, start my daily rituals, I am pretty set with my schedule but it is a Holiday and I allow myself to wake up whenever, 7am instead of my normal 5 am.

I feel off already, but I have some big plans. I am working on a book and some course material and sprinkled into my day, I want to put away my Halloween decor and put up my huge gingerbread display, it’s a task for sure.

I attempt to start exercising. I’m using an app, for months I was really dedicated and then it completely fell off my schedule as I began putting all my energy into growing my business. I get interrupted by my spouse who is about to run into town and needs to know if the cauliflower I have is still good enough for dinner. I pause my workout, telling myself not to get aggravated he is being nice and offering to pick up more.

I check the refrigerator, the cauliflower, it’s squishy and growing mold. “Yes please,” he leaves and I go back to my bedroom to start my app again. Shortly after my small pomeranian pug comes in and starts biting at my socks. My 6 yr old follows closely behind and now they are engaged in a wrestling match. I hate loud noises.

My irritation with life is boiling. Ugh, I hate this feeling and I don’t even know why I am feeling like this! This is one of my lies I tell myself. You see, I do know why I feel like this, I’m just not taking the time to sit with myself and ask.

It is really easy to  get stuck in this place. Rather than simply taking 5 min to sit with myself and ask why I am feeling so irritated I continue to allow the irritation to BUILD. It stops me from being productive, it makes me difficult to be around, then this adds to how I am feeling because the mom/wife guilt sets in as I take out my frustration on everyone else. A cycle… like a poison flowing in my day.

Remove myself, that is how I fix it. Remove myself, go to a quiet spot and write down why. My why is because I think that it is so “great” to spend a holiday not on schedule because that is what has been taught to me, right? Days off should have no agenda.Pat agreement creating havoc on my day.

I pull out my journal, the one I have created in fact, and begin to write down my non-negotiable items for the day and immediately I begin to feel my energy come back, my irritation releases as get back into my happy place!

6 Planets In Retrograde

October 1, 2021 | Inspiration

Feeling Really Off Emotionally, Spiritually & Physically?

As we move from September into October we begin to feel ourselves spinning out of control. 6 planets are in retrograde making us feel topsy turvy!

Take the time to harness this energy instead of swimming against it. Understanding the “why” you are feeling a certain way is an instant release as your mind stops resisting what is happening.

Jupiter – watch your triggers, this is creating a feeling of being on edge and irritable. You may find yourself being more critical and less accepting of others. Be aware of your responses to others and any behind the back “slander” energy you feel drawn to participate in.

Neptune – your practical ego is conflicting with your intuitive channeling. This energy can cause you to feel paranoid about change and stop you in our tracks when it comes to emotional growth. Handle this energy by taking some extra time for yourself in grounding with things that make you feel centered. Be on the look out for others, this is an energy that brings the truth out, and those behind masks find it more difficult to hide.

Mercury – brings us into reflection with past relationships, this can bring on some intense emotions. You may feel a bit burdened by communication issues, technological bumps, and people from your past climbing out of the woodwork. Harness this energy by aligning yourself with the “now.” Focus only on what can be controlled in this moment and take some extra deep breaths when your phone or computer screen freeze up.

Pluto – the energy from Pluto allows us to self-reflect, ignoring this energy can create you self-reflecting that same energy onto others. Insecurities can fly high making you lash out. Allow yourself to explore into your shadow, this is a great time to heal, releasing what you need to refresh and align.

Saturn – the energy from Saturn gives you the ability to put forth your full heart into relationships and personal decisions. This is a time where you will know if it is right to stay where you are or to let something go that is not serving your higher divine purpose.

Uranus – this energy can bring some ups and downs financially. Use this energy to rethink your goals and dare to align with your worth. This is the time to reassess what is important. Breakthroughs can happen at this time, mindfully clear any resistance to change.

Now that you are aware of the shifting energy, you can be receptive to the ways you might be “reacting” to situations. Allow things to flow, don’t try to control and use your awareness to reflect on your actions and thoughts.

Blessed Be!

Your Mind Can Mess You Up!

July 9, 2021 | Inspiration

I keep repeating the phrase, over and over again, “this is not the same situation.” I don’t believe myself, it feels too real, too parallel, anxiety floods my body and my mind spins faster.

The price of hay is four times what it was last year, and no one has any for sale. The real estate market has blown up in the past 12 months, prices are creeping up on everything.

I’ve been here before. In my first marriage living in financial fear. We never had enough and were always in debt to the point that we could never climb out, deeper and deeper until the only option was to claim bankruptcy, instead my husband took his own life.

I feel smothered, I can’t breathe, is it happening again? “No!” I tell myself that this is different, the entire situation is different. I am now remarried, our careers are different, this is not the same. But, I don’t believe myself. I can’t go through this again, please, God no, I can’t.

I sit in my office chair, suddenly realizing that I need to “snap” myself out of this. I have the power, the ability to overcome this mental torture. I create an affirmation, “this is not the same,” but it does not work. It feels to close to the same and I know it. You can’t lie to yourself.

I sit, resonating with myself, fighting down the misty dark smog, I can do this. I start again, pen to paper. “Although there are similarities, this is not the same situation.” This time I believe it, because it is completely true, and I know it. I climb out of the rabbit hole just in time for my client to arrive.

That is the thing with affirmations, you can’t lie your way into something that you know isn’t true. You have to work with your subconscious to create a phrase that you can align with. Adding the simple statement of “although there are similarities,” was exactly what I needed to be able to get my mind to align with the fact that this is different and to stop expecting the worst to happen.

Our minds are beautiful things, but they can also be our worst enemy when unleashed.

Blessed Healing!

The Why Behind Your Excuses

September 17, 2023 | Inspiration

Excuses are like anchors, they keep you tied to the exact same place, stopping your progression and keeping you idle.

Why are we so tied to things that prevent us from moving forward?

Excuses are easy…

They give us a reason to avoid things, we don’t have to put in effort or shift direction, which for many of us also keeps us from having to face fears.

If I put down my excuses, I also have to hold myself accountable. Commitment to ourselves is tough, just like when someone breaks a promise to you, it hurts when you break a promise to yourself, you “avoid” so you don’t let yourself down again.

People who master the art of burning down excuses create self-power and progression that can’t be stopped. They are the people who break through the limitations that the rest of us have created with our excuses.

So how do you stop the cycle?

First and foremost you have to do some honest self-reflection asking yourself,

  1. What is my excuse?
  2. What am I gaining from holding onto the excuse?

Many times your excuses won’t make sense to your cognitive mind because your subconscious is playing a role. For example, you may unknowingly be making an excuse not to heal because you will lose empathy from others. If your illness has become your identity, how you introduce yourself, and what you center your entire life around, support groups and such, it would be uncomfortable to give that up, it’s a loss of who you have become.

You may have fear holding you back, “what if I am successful” seems like an odd thing creating an excuse but being successful can be uncomfortable. You may also be creating resistance from not feeling like you deserve anything but what you currently have.

Once you pinpoint the excuse and your reason for holding onto it, you can begin to work towards focusing on the path around it. Your reasons to heal have to be stronger than your comfort to stay sick. Your desire for success and abundance has to be greater than your excuse that is keeping you stagnant.

Blessed Be,

 Amy
